Exercise classes are back at Glebe Physio! Improve your strength, flexibility and fitness with our small group classes. Suitable for all abilities, your exercises are tailored to your level and all classes are run by our experienced Exercise Physiologist Emily.
Exercise classes are a great way to do regular exercise in a safe, supervised environment and can even be useful for those recovering from an injury.
Our classes are currently twice per week with scope to increase as numbers rise. Before entering the classes, you will have a one-on-one assessment and instruction session to tailor the exercises appropriately to your ability and familiarise you with the equipment and technique.
